WE STRATEGIZE
We consider your potential audience and build strategies to reach them and identify sources for project funding. Then, we organize all your historical data to make it easy to find, research and discover within moments.

WE SHARE

How Can We Help You?
MAKE YOUR ENTIRE COLLECTION
ACCESSIBLE
Helping to bring historical archives and collections online, we work with you to build a strategy that fits your goals, from access and revenue opportunities to potential funding strategies.
MAKE RESEARCH
INCREDIBLY EASY
All your historical archives or collections are tagged multiple ways to allow for the easiest access and search, so people no longer have to be on site to access information or handle potentially fragile assets.
DIGITIZE AND ORGANIZE
ARCHIVES
Applying our RAPID EXPERT DIGITIZATION™ process, or RED, we break the digitization process up into stages that effectively and efficiently creates and tags digital metedata for easy sharing and accessibility.

EVERY COLLECTIBLE
AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
Traditional “processing” of assets can take years, and still be hard to quickly search. Even “digital” collections can be difficult to search for staff member or the general visitor. We make finding every asset easy, quick, and understandable to all.
USE HISTORICAL ARCHIVES
TO FUNDRAISE
We help clients use their assets to create fundraising opportunities, and can even create strategies where our activity can be self-funded through unique and creative uses of your historical assets.
TURN YOUR COLLECTION INTO
A REVENUE RESOURCE
HistoryIT can help you with revenue-producing strategies that can allow your organization or institution to prosper and grow.
DOWNLOAD AND SHARE
ANY HISTORICAL ASSET
We make all of your collectibles and historical archives easy to share with whomever you want. We can even create age-appropriate search terms as young students may use different terms than skilled historians.

Created by HistoryIT and supported by university partners around the country, HistoryIT Digital Innovation Labs are hubs of digitizing activity and archive handling for many of our clients. It’s also where our Innovation Teams apply the RED™ (our RAPID EXPERT DIGITIZATION) process, as well as design, develop and test new tools and cutting edge innovations.
In our labs, we are able to rapidly make your historical assets meaningful and accessible.
